USCIS Updates Green Card Application: Financial Sponsor Exemption Now Integrated
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has introduced a new edition of Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, featuring significant updates to questions and instructions. The revised form, dated 10/24/24, was officially published on December 10, 2024. Starting February 10, 2025, USCIS will only accept this updated version, rejecting any older editions submitted after this date.
