Prizes, Food, and Entertainment Galore at the Wazobia African Market Customer Appreciation Funfair

Nkechi Igboekwu could not believe it until a set of keys were handed over to her as the winner of the Hyundai Sonata at the Wazobia African Market Customer Appreciation Funfair yesterday July 31, 2021. The event was held at George Bush Park, 11 am-6 pm. George Bush Park on 16756 Westheimer Parkway, Houston, Texas 77082.
Enemuoh Osinachi won the 65” Flat-screen TV whereas Gabriel won a Tablet as second and third prizes respectively. The exciting part of this year’s Wazobia Fun Fair is the Raffle Draw which offered Igboekwu the winning first prize; Enemuoh Osinachi won a 65” Flat-screen TV, and Gabriel a Tablet as second and third prizes respectively. Guests also won cash prizes as they played games and participated in other competitions such as dance, race, tug of war.

For over eight years now, the Wazobia Annual Customer Appreciation Funfair has served as a summer family entertainment and amusement bazaar and featured varieties of events to engage both adults and children. The owner of Wazobia, Mr. Tunde Fasina, Fasina said, “This is just a way to say a huge thank you to our esteemed customers and friends who make our business possible”
