Full List: 21 New National Officers Elected At PDP National Convention

New executive officials have been elected by the members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) into its National Working Committee (NWC).

A former senate president, Iyorchia Ayu emerge as the chairman of the committee. While Umar Damagum, a former governorship candidate of Yobe and Taofeek Arapaja, a former deputy governor of Oyo state emerged as the deputy chairman for the north and south respectively.

The national convention was held at Eagles Square in Abuja on Saturday.

The exercise led the election of 21 party members at the party national convention which began on Saturday and lasted till Sunday.
