Champions emerge at the Eternal Sacred Order of Cherubim and Seraphim’s 2022 Bible Quiz

Champions emerged during the April 24,2022 grand finale of Eternal Sacred Order of Cherubim and Seraphim, ESOCS National Bible Quiz. The event was  sponsored by Archbishop Dr. Emeka & Dr. Mrs. Chizoba Agwu, General Overseas of the Voice of Evangelism based in Houston, Texas.

Organizers said the program was aimed to encourage moral values and create a positive way of living a Christian life. The competition stated with over 100 Provinces under different CMCs. CMC Level was held April 09, 2022, at all CMC Headquarters, whereas grand finale was held on April 24, 2022, at the Mount Zion National Headquarters Lagos.

Dorcas Merit Nyenke from Rivers State emerged the Champion of Champions (1st Position). She is a graduate of mass communication from Rivers State University. She was the Diobu Provincial and  CMC 9 Champion respectively; then advanced to the final segment at the Mount Zion National HQ  in Lagos  where she became the ESOCS National Bible Quiz Champion 2022.

The winners are:

• 1st position : Dorcas Merit Nyenike
• 2nd Position : Prophetess Chioma Duru
• 3rd position: Rabbi Silas Okafor

All winners received trophies, including ministerial support, donations, and consolations prizes. This event was seen as the foundation and basis for evangelism, and serving God. According to Archbishop Dr. Agwu, the quiz afforded children a better opportunity to read, and understand the Bible. It offered them the spiritual values to abide by the tenets of the Bible.”

Contestants who made it through Provincial Level Champions to CMC level Champions and advanced to Finals at Mount Zion National H/Q, Lagos, Nigeria

Archbishop Dr. Agwu also stated that his group was planning a ministry for the widow and less privileged, tagged ‘End Hunger Initiatives”. This program would offer food items to participants.

The Eternal Sacred Order of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church (The ESOCS Church), as a mission, establish the Kingdom of God on earth through prayer and the preaching of the gospel.
