The holidays are officially over, and the new year is underway! Corporate professionals and entrepreneurs are back in action with a mission to make their resolutions in leadership and business prosper. However, with every resolution comes the dark clouds of adversity that can potentially affect business performance.

That’s why Dr. Harry Akinola, a widely respected thought leader in the corporate world and a certified leadership practitioner, wants you to re-imagine and challenge the common narrative of executive leadership in the 21st century.

The ULTRA Conference 2025 (“ULTRA 2025”) makes its grand return to the Greater Houston area on Saturday, February 22nd at the Houston Sugar Land Marriott Hotel (16090 City Walk) in the city of Sugar Land.

After a very successful and sold-out experience last year (with over 400 participants in attendance), ULTRA 2025 (presented by UltraShift, Inc., a Houston-area-based non-profit organization founded by Dr. Akinola), will celebrate its 16th anniversary by taking participants through an exhilarating day of teaching executive leaders, business professionals, entrepreneurs, college students and graduates about often overlooked yet effective principles in personal growth and development, purpose fulfillment, resource provision, and community impact.

More specifically, ULTRA has curated the conference experience to incorporate all presenters, panelists, and interactive sessions into five focused themes (“Awaken”, “Align”, “Advance”, “Amplify” and “Aspire”). Confirmed keynote speakers for this year’s conference include ULTRA conference convener Dr. Harry Akinola, global thought leader Dr. Sam Adeyemi, and NOTIQ Founder & CEO Vivian “Jokotade” Adeniyi.

Additionally, the ULTRA conference will also host the “AMPLIFY” panel discussion featuring AI/ML expert and innovator Iyanu Odebode, STEM Leader, Executive Coach & Consultant Bralade Koroye-Emenanjo, Venture Capitalist, U.S. Army Veteran, and Tech professional Wale Salami, A Woman & A Half Foundation Founder Eden Onwuka, and JP Morgan Chase’s Head of CCB Talent Roti Balogun.

Furthermore, since its inception in 2009, ULTRA Conference has impacted the lives of thousands worldwide and has hosted this event in many cities around the world, including South Africa (Johannesburg and Cape Town), the United Kingdom (London), Nigeria (Lagos), and Tanzania (Dar es Salaam). Ultimately, it is the goal of Dr. Harry to ensure that ULTRA 2025 helps emerging leaders master critical skills needed in the boardroom and across the business, boosts their career outcome with powerful insight from accomplished professionals who have made it, and “achieve access, acceptance, and abundance wherever you go.”

Registration for this year’s conference is now open to the general public. To learn more about ULTRA 2025 and to register, please visit the official website online at www.theultrashift.org, or follow Dr. Harry Akinola on Instagram at Harry Akinola (@HarryAkinola).
